Important Notice to All Competitors

This is a notice to ALL COMPETITORS / 競賽者請注意 / 竞赛者请注意:

The floor in the Britannia Ballroom will be open for competitor practice on Friday, Oct 26 from 7:00 – 9:00 PM. Please feel free to come to try out the floor before the competition, as there are no other rooms with practice floors available in the hotel during the competition. There will NOT be any Registration volunteers present at this time.

On SATURDAY AND SUNDAY:

The Registration Desk has now moved beside Ticketing/Will Call – you will no longer need to get your tickets prior to entering the venue.

Registration Times:
Saturday Daytime 10:30 AM – end of the session
Saturday Evening 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Sunday Daytime 9:30 AM – end of the session
Sunday Evening 5:00 PM- 11:30 PM

REMINDER THAT COMPETITOR NUMBER DEPOSIT IS $5.00 CAD. EXACT CHANGE ONLY. THIS WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU ONCE THE NUMBER IS RETURNED. PLEASE RETURN BY THE CLOSE OF REGISTRATION, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Please review your competition schedule and arrive at the very least <<90 minutes>> prior to your heat start time. This also ensures that events run smoothly and the Floor Manager does not have to search for competitors with the Marshals.

Monitors will be placed at the Marshalling Area, the main entrance to the ballroom, and Registration to display heat information and upcoming heats.
