Vendor display tables are also available. Vendor table space offers an exceptional opportunity to sell products, distribute promotional or sample material.
Table costs for the entire weekend:
Please note: If vendors bring in racks or other apparatus the size of a table, then table rates will apply and vendors will be charged accordingly.
Hotel tables are 8 feet in length and are dressed with skirts and tablecloths.
Chairs will be provided and placed behind the tables for vendors. All tables are dressed with skirts and tablecloths. Vendors must bring their own extension cords if they need a power source.
Vendor shall supply adequate nametags for their staff for identification purposes. Vendor shall notify SnowBall Classic of the number of staff who will be present at the event.
Vendors are responsible for transporting their own goods into and out of the hotel at their own expense. Any services provided by the hotel or its staff to the vendors at the request of the vendors such as transportation, storage or moving of the vendors’ goods or other related services including but not limited to the supply of special equipment will be charged separately by the hotel and must be paid by the vendors. Vendors are responsible for any such charges incurred in these circumstances.

March 10, 2012 is the deadline for table rental space. Space is very limited, so it is first come first served.
