Competitor Registration

  • All non-championship competitors must pay a $10 entry fee per couple. Juvenile and Junior non-championship competitors are exempt from payment of an entry fee. Entry Fee is due at the time of registration on O2CM. Please ensure that you select and pay the $10 entry fee once per couple. If you have 2 different partners, then you must pay twice, that is, once for each of your different partners. After you have registered on O2CM, go to Account to pay your entry fee. On the account review page – click on one of the names shown, click the ADD button and proceed to payment. (Note: this is not a ticket purchase, please ignore all references to seating/tickets). There are no refunds for entry fees.

    All competitors must purchase a valid full admission ticket for the day of their event. A limited number of discounted competitor passes are available. Tickets and Competitor Passes may be purchased at shop.dancesportbc.com. Competitor Pass holders who do not compete will not be granted admission until he/she has upgraded the Competitor Pass(es) to a regular full Admission Ticket(s). No refunds on all ticket purchases including Competitor Passes.

    Register for competition online via the O2CM website starting December 8, 2011 at 12 noon until the entry deadline of March 16, 2012. (The registration form will automatically appear after 12 noon — if you see a list of competitions, the online competition registration form is not yet open.)

    Each competitor must hold full Admission Ticket for the day of the event (daytime tickets are not valid). Deadline for entries is March 16, 2012.

    DanceSport BC reserves the right to accept or reject late entries. Late entry fee of $25 must be paid if accepted. No entries will be accepted on the day of the event. For more information, please contact Ram Randhawa by email at registrar at dancesportbc.com.

    This year we are featuring the Canadian Closed Amateur DanceSport Championships. SnowBall 2012 also offers a full slate of events including amateur competitions for Junior, Juvenile, Youth, Under 21, Adult, Senior I, II and III from Newcomer to Championship levels. This year, SnowBall is also offering Pro-Am competitions. We look forward to seeing you in April 2012!
