  • How do I add, change or delete my registration?

    Register for competition online via the O2CM website starting December 8, 2011 until the entry deadline of March 16, 2012.

    Before registration deadline: Go back into the O2CM website and login to your account. Changes to registration are made on the Account page — click on “change entries” and make your changes accordingly. You will need your login information and password that you used to register online to make the changes.

    Once registration has closed: email registrar at dancesportbc.com with any changes required.

    Do I need membership in an amateur DanceSport organization?

    Yes. All competitors are required to have a current membership in an organization recognized by the WDSF (CADA, USA Dance, etc). Please ensure your name shows on your national DanceSport database, otherwise you must provide proof of current membership at registration.

    Am I eligible for Under-21?

    You are eligible for U-21 if you and your partner are 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20 years of age as of the date of the SnowBall Classic competition. However, one partner may be younger.

    Note that the Under-21 category is now an official category in DanceSport BC and WDSF. However, DSBC does not currently award ratings points to Under-21.

    Who do I contact about…

    Is there an entry fee for competitors?

    • Entry Fee $10 per couple, except for Junior and Juvenile competitors. There are no refunds for entry fees.
    • Each competitor must purchase full Admission Ticket for the day of the event (daytime tickets are not valid). Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be purchased at http://shop.dancesportbc.com.
    • A limited number of Competitor Passes are available. Competitors do not require a Competitor Pass to compete, but must purchase a full Admission Ticket. Competitor Pass holders who do not compete will not be granted entry until he/she has upgraded the Competitor Pass to a regular full Admission Ticket(s). No refunds on all ticket purchases including Competitor Passes.
    • There will be a late entry fee of $25 for all entries received and accepted after the entry deadline. Late entries will only be accepted if this does not necessitate further rounds. No entries will be accepted on the day of the event.

    Do I get tickets when I register as a competitor?

    No.
